Service Areas
Serving the Peace Region. We work throughout northeastern BC and northwestern Alberta, from town centers to remote rural properties.
The Peace Region
KB Construction is based in the Peace Region and serves communities throughout northeastern British Columbia and northwestern Alberta. We know this area—the climate, the soils, the building requirements, and the people.

British Columbia
- Dawson Creek: The Mile Zero city and our home base.
- Fort St. John: The energy capital of BC's northeast.
- Chetwynd: Gateway to the northern Rockies.
- Hudson's Hope: Historic community on the Peace River.
- Tumbler Ridge: Southeastern Peace region.
- Pouce Coupe: Village south of Dawson Creek.

Rural Properties
Much of the Peace Region is rural, and we regularly work on properties well outside town limits. Whether you're building on an acreage, a farm, or a remote recreational property, we have the equipment and experience to get the job done.
For rural projects, we can handle:
- Sites with limited road access
- Properties without utility services
- Cistern and septic system installation
- Site preparation and access development
- Remote location logistics
Industrial Sites
The Peace Region's energy sector means we often work at industrial locations:
- Oil and gas facilities
- Compressor stations
- Processing plants
- Mill sites
- Industrial yards
We're COR certified and meet industrial safety requirements for site access.
Travel & Logistics
Distance is a reality in the Peace Region. We factor travel and logistics into our quotes transparently—you'll know what you're paying for. For larger or longer-term projects, we can often reduce mobilization costs by coordinating efficiently.
Not sure if we serve your area? Call us. If we can't help you, we'll tell you honestly.
