Residential vs. Commercial Site Prep
Residential projects typically involve clearing a building footprint, establishing a driveway, and preparing a pad for a home, shop, or modular setup. The scope is usually straightforward, and most residential sites take a few days to a couple of weeks to prepare.
Commercial and industrial projects often involve larger areas, more complex grading requirements, engineered compaction testing, stormwater management, and coordination with utility providers. We have the equipment and experience to handle both scales of work.
