Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the KB Construction Ltd. website ("Site") or engaging our construction services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms").

The KB Construction Ltd. name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of KB Construction Ltd. You must not use such marks without our prior written permission.

Limited License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view the content on this Site for personal, non-commercial use only. This license does not include the right to:

• Use our content for commercial purposes
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notations

Project Images and Portfolio

The project images and portfolio content displayed on our Site represent work completed by KB Construction Ltd. These images are our property and may not be used, copied, or distributed without our written consent.

Some images may also be subject to client confidentiality agreements.

Construction Services

Quotes and Estimates

Any quotes or estimates provided through our Site or in response to inquiries are preliminary and subject to change based on site inspection, detailed project requirements, and current material costs.

Final pricing will be provided in a formal written contract.

Service Contracts

All construction services are subject to a separate written service agreement between KB Construction Ltd. and the client. These Terms do not replace or supersede any service contract terms.

Licensing and Insurance

KB Construction Ltd. maintains all required licenses and insurance for construction work in British Columbia. Proof of insurance is available upon request.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, KB CONSTRUCTION LTD. DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that:

• The results obtained from the Site will be accurate or reliable
• Any defects in the Site will be corrected

Limitation of Liability

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
